Commissions: 

The following are estimates and we reserve the right to alter upon further inspection of the merchandise. The fees may change so please check back or ask.
 

Farm Machinery & Similar Equipment.. 15%
 

Automobiles, Campers, Boats, Trailers, Etc.. 10%
 
Guns 15%

Coins 10%
 

Household Furniture, Appliances, Misc., Antiques/Collectibles (excluding coins), Tools, Lawn & Garden, Etc. 30% 

(Grading Commission Scale Applies to only to this category - When an item sells for $100 or more 20% commission then when an item sells for $500 or more it is at a 15% commission)
 

Seller must provide a copy of the title and/or current registration to the Auction Company along with
current liability insurance.
(Commission % may be more or less based on quality of merchandise for sale)
 

All items consigned with Ok Auction House, are intended to be absolute without reserve (unless agreed upon on an individual item) and sold to the highest bidder. Seller understands that the auction company makes no guarantees or warranties as to the value of an item for sale the day of the auction.
